The name of this post probably gives away the fact that I use it on literally EVERYTHING. Fish, chicken, ground turkey, eggs, in soups/chili...it's my go-to spice blend!
I posted the recipe for it on Instagram a while back, but I've been getting so many messages about it, I thought I would go ahead and put it here, too.
So here ya go, friends!
"EVERYTHING" SPICE BLEND
Prep: 5 min
Total Time: 5 min
Makes: 1/3 C
- 2 tsp pink salt (or sea salt)
- 3 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tsp cumin
- 3 tsp oregano
- 2.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 3/4 tsp chipotle pepper
- Optional: 2 tsp garlic powder and/or 1 tsp onion powder
Whisk it all together really well and store in a spice jar/airtight container. I found this cute little spice jar on clearance at Target for, like, $0.99. #score.
Warning: You miiiight want to make a double batch, because it doesn't last long - at least not in this house!
