I started out on my fitness journey just like many of you - as a new mom trying to:
get into shape, feel beautiful, and be HEALTHY.
A HUGE change in my body, mind, and health (as well as a passion to inspire others) led me to where I am today - helping others feel their best, develop healthy lifestyles, have a positive relationship with food, and love the amazing body God gave them.
My fitness philosophy is simple:
eat REAL food, swap the treadmill for a pair of weights, and don't sweat the small stuff.
