This is an online program that is designed to help you stay healthy and fit during your pregnancy itself, making not only pregnancy, but the postpartum period even easier!  This program includes:

-40 weeks of unique, safe, and modifiable exercises, personally designed (and used) by Jayme

-Exercise descriptions (pictures) for every exercise prescribed

-General information/resources to help you tailor your diet to fit your goals

Who Should Use This Trainer: Those of you who are pregnant (congrats!) and have been cleared by your physician to workout.  This program is intended to help you stay strong, have increased energy, and keep your muscles toned during pregnancy.

Equipment: This program utilizes some gym equipment, although a gym membership is not mandatory.  I have designed it to be modified for at-home use if you are not able to get to the gym (or if you just don't feel like it that day).  You will need access to varying weights of dumbbells/kettlebells and/or resistance bands/tubes.  You do not need cardio equipment.

Dedication: As with all of my programs, this trainer is divided into four workouts a week.  You can expect to spend about 30-45 minutes working out on these days (depending on if it's a strength or cardio day).
